In the diagram A , B are the grips, and A' , B' are the club heads.

   

The grip angle of A in the above diagram is 180°and the grip angle of B is 160°..

  If you grip A with both hands and rotate it on the spot (both hands remain stationary),

However, if you hold B with both hands at a grip angle of 160°,

 Don't use balls at practice steps 1, 2, and 3.
